Base Salary
$36k - $53k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain high-quality software applications supporting customer experience initiatives and business objectives.
- Collaborate with product and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications for performance, reliability, and user experience.
- Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and engineering best practices.
- Support CI/CD activities, deployment processes, production issue resolution, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience developing applications using modern programming languages and software engineering practices.
- Knowledge of object-oriented programming concepts, data structures, and application design principles.
- Experience with source control systems, code reviews, and software development lifecycle processes.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
- Preferred: experience with customer-facing web or enterprise applications, AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing frameworks, DevOps practices, secure coding, application security, and Agile development environments.
