Base Salary
$100k - $180k/yr
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product, design, operations, and infrastructure teams to build and improve application features.
- Contribute to user-facing interfaces and backend services using modern frameworks and technologies.
- Develop reusable software components and APIs connecting frontend and backend systems.
- Write clean, efficient, reliable code and learn to optimize performance and scalability.
- Participate in code reviews and learn engineering best practices from peers and senior engineers.
- Help design and implement scalable, maintainable systems across the stack.
- Troubleshoot and fix issues across frontend systems, APIs, and databases.
- Take ownership of assigned tasks and features while developing an end-to-end understanding of their operation.
Requirements
- Be currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or an equivalent field.
- Graduate between December 2026 and August 2027.
- Have programming or software-building experience through internships, class projects, or personal work.
- Have strong computer science fundamentals in data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented design.
- Have frontend or backend development experience; full-stack exposure is a plus.
- Demonstrate the ability to take projects from initiation through completion in ambiguous or fast-moving settings.
- Communicate and collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical colleagues.
- Personal projects, open-source contributions, automation or data-heavy systems experience, and fintech exposure are bonuses.
