Base Salary
$94k - $159k/yr
Responsibilities
- Set the scope, vision, and priorities of the test automation team based on software quality needs.
- Collaborate with product engineers, software developers, and feature teams to define and scope automated test cases for ArcGIS Enterprise.
- Monitor and analyze test results and help teams assess software quality and release readiness.
- Document, communicate, track, triage, and support resolution of issues found through automated and manual testing.
- Reproduce customer-reported bugs and work with Software Development Engineers to resolve them.
- Advocate for software quality, test automation, and accurate reporting across the Enterprise team.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of software testing experience and automated test execution experience, such as with Selenium or related tools.
- Experience with an application development language such as Java, C#, or Python.
- Experience with ArcGIS Enterprise, ArcGIS Pro, and ArcGIS platform technologies.
- Knowledge of manual and automated testing practices for functional, regression, and performance scenarios.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, geography, GIS, mathematics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, collaboration, and continuous-learning abilities.
- Preferred experience with large-scale GIS systems or desktop, web, or mobile applications.
- Preferred familiarity with JSON, REST, Fiddler, browser debugging tools, TestRail, and Jenkins-based CI/CD pipelines.
