Responsibilities
- Ship full-stack features with measurable product impact.
- Provide substantive code review and architectural feedback.
- Serve as a first responder for production issues, including triage and root cause analysis.
- Improve the team's engineering practices over time through tooling and documentation.
- Translate product requirements into a technical approach and communicate the reasoning.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience building production web applications with a strong full-stack range.
- Proven track record of owning ambiguous problems and shipping with measurable impact.
- History of substantive code reviews, including catching architectural issues.
- Active daily use of AI coding agents with a clear understanding of their strengths and weaknesses.
- Comfort with production debugging across the stack.
- Strong written communication skills for clear PR descriptions and specifications.
