Senior Enterprise Software Engineer

- Design, develop, and maintain Infrastructure as Code using Terraform.
- Build automation solutions that replace manual operational activities.
- Develop enterprise cloud services and shared platform components across Azure and AWS.
- Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and GitLab CI/CD.
- Integrate validation, testing, and security controls into delivery pipelines.
- Use GitHub Copilot and M365 Copilot to accelerate code and IaC development, documentation, and test coverage.
- Validate AI-generated outputs and apply basic prompt engineering and responsible AI practices.
- Implement event-driven and API-based automation.
- Integrate secure coding, secrets management, dependency validation, and enterprise compliance controls.
- Support monitoring, troubleshooting, incident resolution, logging, metrics, alerting, and reliability improvements.
- Participate in an on-call rotation and perform other duties assigned by management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 5–7 years of experience in software engineering, DevOps, or cloud engineering.
- Hands-on experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code.
- Experience with Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI/CD.
- Experience working in Azure and/or AWS environments.
- Programming experience, preferably with Python.
- Practical experience using AI tools for development productivity and validating AI-generated code and outputs.
- Understanding of responsible AI usage in engineering workflows.
- Strong execution, problem-solving, attention to detail, collaboration, communication, continuous learning, and adaptability skills.
