Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy intelligent applications, agents, and automation solutions.
- Build scalable and secure enterprise software systems and new products using software development and design patterns.
- Collaborate with product owners, project managers, key stakeholders, developers, architects, testers, and business teams.
- Develop proofs of concept, minimum viable products, and market-ready products.
- Perform full-stack development, web service development, database work, software analysis, and problem resolution.
- Apply secure coding, software architecture, testing, test automation, and quality practices.
- Coach and mentor team members, share knowledge, and provide technical leadership.
- Use DevOps, continuous integration, continuous delivery, source code management, and test coverage tools.
Requirements
- Strong expertise in programming, scripting, markup languages, frameworks, software design patterns, object-oriented design, ORM, and web application architecture.
- Strong full-stack development skills and experience developing SOAP and REST web services.
- Experience with Azure OpenAI, OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar AI platforms, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation.
- Experience with Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
- Knowledge of AI observability, governance, and security best practices.
- Strong skills in software testing, test design, test automation, test coverage, SQL, database principles, and functional, security, performance, mobile, load, and infrastructure testing.
- Strong understanding of secure coding, software development processes, multi-platform development, infrastructure components, and technology standards.
- Experience with software development tools, code repositories, continuous integration, continuous delivery, and source code management.
- Strong communication, collaboration, analytical, organizational, problem-solving, leadership, and independent-working skills.
- Experience in financial services, insurance, or another regulated industry is preferred.
- Technical certifications such as MCPD or CSDP and FLMI certification are recommended but not required.
