Responsibilities
- Develop, design, code, debug, and enhance custom software components across systems and applications.
- Support operations and client communications, including incident, problem, change, and release management activities aligned with ITIL.
- Communicate issues and blockers proactively and provide solutions across immediate and multiple teams.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and take responsibility for team decisions.
- Collaborate with and help manage the team while contributing to key technical decisions.
- Mentor junior team members and continuously improve development processes and efficiency.
Requirements
- Minimum five years of experience with Microsoft ASP.NET.
- Six or more years of experience designing and developing .NET applications and working with SQL Server.
- Experience with operations support, database management systems, SQL, debugging, and software development methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving skills and understanding of system development methodologies, techniques, and tools.
- Experience with modern web frameworks such as Angular or React is preferred.
- Strong communication skills, flexibility with work timings, and a proactive approach to work.
