Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Security and Access Management platform features using Kotlin and modern engineering practices.
- Design scalable backend services, authorization workflows, and APIs for enterprise environments.
- Integrate with AWS, Kubernetes, LDAP, SSH, and business applications.
- Build synchronization services, scheduled jobs, provisioning solutions, and automation workflows.
- Implement generative AI/LLM capabilities for access guidance, permission descriptions, and access requests.
- Develop security controls involving least privilege, dynamic access, insider threat mitigation, secrets management, MFA, and privileged access management.
- Lead platform modernization through refactoring, upgrades, migrations, and performance improvements.
- Develop mobile-responsive UI components, workflows, and email templates using TypeScript and modern web frameworks.
- Support production platforms through monitoring, troubleshooting, maintenance, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3–5+ years of software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in Kotlin or Java and backend application development.
- Experience with distributed systems, microservices, and RESTful APIs.
- Hands-on experience with AWS, Kubernetes, IAM, LDAP, or security platforms.
- Hands-on experience integrating generative AI/LLM capabilities into enterprise applications.
- Preferred experience with frontier AI models such as Mythos in the security domain.
- Experience developing web applications with TypeScript and modern frontend frameworks.
- Strong knowledge of authentication, authorization, access governance, and cloud security best practices.
- Experience with CI/CD, observability, and production support.
- Experience building Identity and Access Management, security, or governance platforms.
- Knowledge of secrets management, MFA, privileged access management, and cloud security tools.
