Base Salary
$146k - $223k/yr
Responsibilities
- Engage customers and stakeholders to assess use cases and solicit requirements for ServiceNow solutions.
- Analyze, configure, customize, and develop ServiceNow applications across the software development lifecycle.
- Develop moderately complex scripts, workflows, and integrations while limiting technical debt.
- Support, maintain, and update the on-premises ServiceNow platform and integrated enterprise computing environments.
- Contribute to technical projects and multidisciplinary teams using the ServiceNow SCRUM module.
- At the SES.3 level, create complex applications, lead advanced design and code reviews, develop external integrations, and lead innovative technical solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and ServiceNow platform development experience.
- Ability to secure and maintain a U.S. DOE Q-level security clearance, which requires U.S. citizenship.
- Experience across multiple stages of the software project lifecycle, including feasibility, requirements, design, implementation, integration, testing, and deployment.
- Broad experience implementing IT Service Management applications comparable to ServiceNow applications.
- Experience implementing, maintaining, or supporting integrated computing environments in an enterprise setting.
- Strong analysis, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work under limited direction.
- At the SES.3 level, experience leading technical efforts, recommending technical approaches, architecting IT Service Management applications, defining solutions, and presenting strategies to management.
- Agile or DevOps development experience, knowledge of ITIL principles and processes, ServiceNow or ITSM certifications, and current Q or TS clearance are preferred.
