Base Salary
$153k - $197k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop products and systems for Roblox creators and users.
- Partner with product, data science, and design teams to refine requirements.
- Contribute to or drive end-to-end system design.
- Own scoped projects from concept through completion and communicate technical decisions.
- Help recruit future team members.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in software engineering or computer science.
- Proficiency in building and scaling data pipelines.
- Experience with distributed systems, API design, and microservices architecture.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a similar technical field.
