Responsibilities
- Provide L2 production support and end-to-end ownership of escalated automation issues.
- Analyze code, logs, integrations, data, dependencies, and application behavior to identify root causes.
- Troubleshoot defects, implement permanent fixes, and improve automation stability, recoverability, monitoring, and support readiness.
- Design, develop, and enhance Power Automate workflows, Power Apps solutions, integrations, REST APIs, and custom connectors.
- Assess the impact of application, infrastructure, configuration, migration, and upgrade changes and define regression coverage.
- Support BAT/UAT, deployments, hypercare, and operational readiness reviews.
- Create and maintain PDDs, SDDs, runbooks, troubleshooting guides, and technical support documentation.
- Analyze incident trends, recommend preventive or stabilization actions, coordinate cross-system resolution, and communicate technical status.
- Conduct knowledge transfer and mentor Associate Systems Developers in troubleshooting, testing, and technical practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
- 3–4 years of relevant experience in automation development, RPA, application support, or software engineering.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Automate, Microsoft Power Platform, and Power Apps solutions.
- Experience with SharePoint, Dataverse, SQL, REST APIs, integrations, authentication, and data troubleshooting.
- Experience with Power Automate Desktop is desirable.
- Strong production troubleshooting, debugging, and root-cause-analysis capabilities.
- Understanding of application dependencies, incident/change management, production deployment practices, and regression testing.
- Strong communication, documentation, stakeholder-management, and independent technical issue ownership skills.
- Experience with ServiceNow or another enterprise incident/change management platform is desirable.
