Responsibilities
- Monitor availability, capacity, and throughput of Fivetran’s production infrastructure.
- Evolve systems by integrating reliability into the product roadmap.
- Coordinate the prioritization and resolution of critical bugs for support or sales.
- Make recommendations to ensure 100% availability of production infrastructure.
- Automate deployment of scalable artifacts across all environments.
- Monitor infrastructure vulnerabilities and collaborate with the security team to address them.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience working with SaaS products at scale.
- Working knowledge of managed Kubernetes (EKS, AKS, GKE).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and tools such as AWS, Azure, GCP, Terraform, Ansible, Buildkite, Pulumi, and ArgoCD.
- Experience in Python/Shell scripting and Go Language; Java is a bonus.
- Proficient in Linux operating systems internals and administration.
- Experience with cloud networking technologies like Site-to-Site VPNs and Private Service Connect (GCP).
