Responsibilities
- Define and own end-to-end solution architecture for enterprise applications.
- Design scalable, resilient, secure microservices-based and cloud-native architectures.
- Create architecture blueprints, high-level designs, low-level designs, solution standards, reference architectures, and technical roadmaps.
- Drive API-first design and define integration strategies across applications and platforms.
- Lead architecture discussions with stakeholders, business teams, and development teams.
- Provide technical leadership throughout the software development lifecycle and guide successful solution delivery.
- Evaluate and recommend cloud-native solutions, design patterns, and emerging technologies.
- Design and implement Agentic AI and GenAI solutions for business challenges.
- Ensure compliance with security, performance, scalability, and governance standards.
- Mentor development teams and conduct architecture reviews and design governance sessions.
Requirements
- Solution architecture expertise is required.
- At least 7.5 years of experience is required; the posting additionally states 10+ years of solution architecture experience.
- Strong expertise in microservices architecture, event-driven architecture, domain-driven design, and integration patterns.
- Hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, API Gateway, API Management, and API security.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, containerization, and orchestration.
- Knowledge of cloud-native architecture patterns, CI/CD pipelines, and DevSecOps.
- Ability to define solution standards, architecture principles, and reference architectures.
- Experience with architecture modeling tools and frameworks.
- Experience with end-to-end solution design and delivery and enterprise architecture blueprints and roadmaps is preferred.
- Knowledge of AI/ML, LLMs, RAG, MCP, multi-agent systems, and agent orchestration frameworks is preferred.
- Banking services domain experience and cloud or architecture certifications are preferred.
- Completion of 15 years of full-time education is required.
