Responsibilities
- Analyze and evaluate infrastructure and system requirements and determine automation feasibility.
- Design, develop, and test scripts and automation modules for production systems.
- Create and maintain workflows and script documentation.
- Integrate PowerShell with multiple systems using APIs and webhooks.
- Maintain, improve, and add features to legacy code.
- Collaborate closely with delivery consultants to develop customer automation solutions.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in software development.
- Strong PowerShell scripting experience supporting large Windows infrastructure environments.
- Strong Bash scripting experience in MacOS environments.
- Good Python scripting knowledge.
- Experience with development tools such as Git.
- Ability to interface with ServiceNow and other IT applications.
- Experience developing PowerShell solutions for Office 365, including SharePoint, Teams, Office Administration, and Azure Active Directory.
- Good understanding of infrastructure, networking, and security.
- A BA/BS in computer science or computer engineering is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, organization, attention-to-detail, and independent-learning skills.
