Responsibilities
- Solve business needs at scale by designing and implementing high-quality software solutions.
- Build and operate resilient, scalable, secure, and fault-tolerant services and infrastructure.
- Develop fluency with coding agents throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Create metrics, dashboards, and alerts for service performance, errors, and availability.
- Respond to production issues and participate in an on-call rotation.
- Contribute to architectural decisions and understand customer pain points.
- Build services using AWS technologies including Lambda, EKS, S3, EC2, RDS, and DynamoDB.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience with Java, Go, or similar object-oriented languages.
- Fluency in using coding agents.
- Experience debugging in production.
- Ability to design, build, and operate highly scalable, secure, and fault-tolerant services.
- Experience contributing to architectural decisions.
- Working understanding of event-driven architecture and microservices.
- Ability to independently plan and deliver objectives, communicate clearly, learn continuously, solve problems effectively, and share knowledge.
