Base Salary
$129k - $175k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and support billing systems in air-gapped cloud environments.
- Develop services and tooling that improve operational posture, scalability, availability, and readiness.
- Troubleshoot customer issues and distributed systems, investigate metrics, and identify root causes.
- Automate remediation of operational issues and improve platform efficiency and effectiveness.
- Design and operate systems at massive scale while navigating public-sector regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or CSSLP certification.
- At least 2 years of non-internship professional software development experience.
- At least 1 year of experience designing or architecting new and existing systems, including design patterns, reliability, and scaling.
- At least 2 years of networking, storage systems, operating systems administration, and hands-on systems engineering experience.
- Programming experience with at least one modern language such as C++, C#, Java, Python, Golang, PowerShell, or Ruby.
- Current, active U.S. Government Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility or above.
- Preferred experience includes PowerShell, Python, Ruby, or Java and working in an Agile environment using Scrum.
