Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement software solutions in consulting and software development projects for customers.
- Work extensively across frontend and backend development using Java, Spring, Kotlin, Angular, Vue.js, and React.
- Apply AI methods and tools throughout the software development lifecycle, including LLMs, agentic frameworks, code generation, and test automation.
- Contribute actively to all phases of software engineering using agile methods and involve customers in the process.
- Provide technical leadership within project teams when needed and share knowledge through training and other learning activities.
- Build sustainable customer relationships, communicate confidently at eye level, and actively shape customer collaboration.
Requirements
- Completed university degree in computer science or a comparable discipline.
- Deep practical knowledge of frontend and backend development, including Java, Spring, Kotlin, Angular, Vue.js, and React.
- Ability to work independently and contribute actively to project-team success.
- Strong customer communication and relationship-building skills.
- Fluent German at least at C1 level and very good English at least at B2 level.
