Responsibilities
- Develop technical enablement programs based on Forward Deployed Engineer and Cloud AI customer-engineering requirements.
- Map persona-based technical go-to-market enablement needs and lead curriculum development for in-person, e-learning, and other learning assets.
- Design, build, and execute structured AI product training and enablement programs for priority AI initiatives.
- Coordinate subject matter experts across JAPAC and globally to create a sustainable field-readiness framework.
- Integrate with technical sales teams, understand enablement needs, and advise technical AI leadership.
- Keep learning curricula current as AI technologies and product interfaces evolve.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience developing software using Python or similar coding languages.
- Experience taking production-grade AI-driven solutions from conception to launch and architecting AI systems on cloud platforms such as GCP.
- Experience building structured and unstructured data pipelines using vector databases and Retrieval-Augmented Generation architectures.
- Experience leading technical discovery sessions.
- Preferred: Master’s degree or PhD in AI, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- Preferred: experience implementing multi-agent systems with frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI, and ADK.
- Preferred: knowledge of LLM-native metrics, state-management optimization, and granular tracing techniques.
