Responsibilities
- Lead discovery through deployment as the lead developer for AI applications and production-grade agentic workflows.
- Architect and code integrations between Google AI products and customer infrastructure, including APIs, legacy data silos, and security perimeters.
- Build high-performance evaluation pipelines and observability frameworks for agentic systems.
- Convert repeatable field patterns and technical friction into reusable modules and product feedback.
- Mentor talent, co-build with customer teams, and lead regional technical upskilling and cross-functional strategy.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
- Eight years of experience shipping production-grade AI solutions to external or internal customers.
- Experience building full-stack solutions that interface with enterprise systems.
- Experience with Python and architecting AI systems on cloud platforms.
- Preferred: master’s degree or PhD in AI, computer science, or a related technical field.
- Preferred: experience with multi-agent systems, LangGraph, CrewAI, or Google ADK; LLM-native metrics; state management and tracing optimization; and secure workflows using MCP, tool-calling, and OAuth authentication.
