Responsibilities
- Own technical delivery across multiple deployments from prototype to production.
- Build full-stack systems that deliver customer value.
- Embed closely with customer teams to understand their needs.
- Scope work, sequence delivery, and remove blockers early.
- Make trade-offs between scope, speed, and quality.
- Contribute directly in the code when necessary.
- Codify working patterns into tools and playbooks.
- Share field feedback to improve models and products.
- Maintain clarity and follow-through to keep teams moving.
Requirements
- 5+ years of engineering or technical deployment experience.
- Experience in scoping and delivering complex systems.
- Proficient in writing and reviewing production-grade code in Python, JavaScript, or similar stacks.
- Experience with systems powered by LLMs or generative models.
- Ability to simplify complexity and make decisions under pressure.
- Strong communication skills with engineers and customer stakeholders.
- Ability to spot risks early and adjust plans accordingly.
- Demonstrated calmness and judgment in high-stakes situations.
