Base Salary
$110k - $160k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and deploy AI agents that automate human-driven power development and due diligence workflows.
- Develop automation and modeling capabilities for renewable energy and infrastructure projects.
- Own projects and iterate on end-to-end features with power, permitting, and industry experts.
- Scale the platform and systems to support increasing traffic.
- Collaborate closely with the product team on the product roadmap.
- Work across backend systems, ETL, databases, and infrastructure.
Requirements
- Have internship experience building data-intensive software at fast-growing startups.
- Have experience deploying AI agents in production environments.
- Be familiar with Agent SDK, Messages API, and LangGraph.
- Be proficient in Python and SQL.
- Be comfortable working across backend, ETL, database, and infrastructure systems.
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Be comfortable handling ambiguity and making progress without perfect specifications.
- Experience at a high-growth startup is a bonus.
- Experience with geospatial data and platforms is a bonus.
- Experience with energy grid modeling or utility companies is a bonus.
