Responsibilities

  • Oversee multiple projects independently and ensure functional and non-functional requirements are met.
  • Develop and deploy high-quality mobile software solutions.
  • Collaborate with enterprise teams to deliver successful solutions.
  • Mentor team members and provide technical assistance.
  • Drive strategic practice development and provide technical assistance to the team.
  • Provide high-level estimates for large projects.
  • Apply mobile testing, automation, debugging, and troubleshooting practices.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience developing production-scale mobile applications.
  • Strong experience with Swift, including Swift 5.7+, Swift 6.x readiness, async/await, structured concurrency, strict concurrency models, and protocol-oriented design.
  • Strong experience with iOS architecture patterns including Clean Architecture, MVVM, MVVM-C, Coordinator, Repository, dependency injection, Swift Package Manager, and layered module boundaries.
  • Strong experience with SwiftUI, iOS 15, state management, view composition, and performance considerations.
  • Strong experience with Xcode 26+, unit testing, snapshot testing, and UI/integration testing.
  • Experience with SwiftLint, SwiftFormat, SonarQube, GitHub Actions, and build pipelines.
  • Understanding of mobile testing methodologies, UI automation, snapshot coverage, monorepo applications, product-cluster organization, and modularization at scale.
  • Comfort iterating with AI tools and verifying their output.
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology.
