Responsibilities
- Design and develop highly scalable, distributed services.
- Collaborate with product managers, architects, and engineers across PlayStation.
- Establish a linear scale, highly available accounts services platform.
- Innovate using lightweight SOA design patterns.
- Take ownership throughout the software life cycle.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience in developing business-critical software using Enterprise Java/J2EE.
- 2+ years of experience with AWS native services such as EC2, EKS, and S3.
- Experience developing applications on Java Services on Linux platforms.
- Proficient in software development life cycle, including coding standards and testing.
- Demonstrated ability to take a project from initial scope to launch.
