Responsibilities
- Research and develop GenAI solutions for property-management applications.
- Build and optimize RAG pipelines using LLMs, data warehouses, and semantic indexes.
- Develop agentic AI systems, MCP integrations, and GenAI workflows for complex decisions.
- Build scalable backend applications and APIs integrating with AI models.
- Create responsive front-end interfaces and AI-powered dashboards, summaries, and insights.
- Develop full-stack web applications using React, Python, Django, and Django REST Framework.
- Implement Terraform infrastructure, cloud AI services, CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and microservices orchestration.
- Ensure scalability, performance, reliability, secure coding, and software quality through testing, debugging, and optimization.
- Collaborate with BI engineers, software engineers, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams on requirements and architecture.
- Provide technical guidance, conduct code reviews, and address bugs, performance issues, and technical debt.
- Stay current with GenAI, LLM, agentic AI, cloud, DevOps, and full-stack development advances.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience as an AI Engineer, Full Stack Developer, or in a similar role.
- Strong Python skills and experience with AI libraries and frameworks such as LangChain and LangGraph.
- Demonstrated experience developing GenAI solutions using LLMs and knowledge of NLP, language models, RAG pipelines, and text generation.
- Strong full-stack experience with React or NextJS, Python, Django, and Django REST Framework, plus HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
- Strong SQL and database knowledge, including PostgreSQL or MySQL.
- Experience with Terraform, CI/CD pipelines, GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps, AWS or Azure, Docker, and distributed computing architectures.
- Experience with Azure Search Service or OpenSearch, large-scale datasets, and data-processing pipelines.
- Understanding of software-development principles, design patterns, Agile/Scrum, and the software development lifecycle.
- Preferred experience with agentic AI, MCPs, vector databases, semantic indexing, API gateways, microservices, AI security, data privacy, monitoring, observability, and DataDog.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, collaboration, adaptability, and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
