Responsibilities
- Design, build, deploy, and iterate on AI-powered tools, agents, services, and workflows for BCG consulting teams.
- Translate business and delivery needs into scalable, production-ready solutions usable by non-technical teams.
- Analyze consulting and delivery processes to identify opportunities for automation, augmentation, and redesign.
- Rapidly experiment and improve solutions using feedback, usage data, and evolving requirements.
- Partner with product, platform, and engineering teams on architecture, prioritization, roadmap decisions, robustness, security, and maintainability.
- Document reusable patterns, approaches, and best practices to support scaling across practices, regions, and client contexts.
- Collaborate with consultants and offering teams to understand delivery challenges and connect technical implementation with business outcomes.
- Contribute to capability building and knowledge sharing across the AI Factory and broader BCG community.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience building and deploying solutions that improve operational or delivery outcomes.
- Hands-on experience with Claude/Markdown-based development and Claude Code.
- Experience working end-to-end from problem definition through build, deployment, and iteration.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and execution skills.
- Fluent English communication and comfort working in global teams.
- Curiosity, adaptability, resourcefulness, and a track record of building working solutions.
- Ability to break complex workflows into scalable components, operate in ambiguity, and take ownership independently.
- Undergraduate degree required; advanced degree preferred.
- Prior experience acting as an innovator within a larger organization is preferred.
- Experience with generative AI and agentic development, product thinking, and systems thinking.
