Responsibilities
- Design and implement autonomous network use-case solutions for mobile and fixed telecommunications environments.
- Develop network automation using programmable interfaces, APIs, data models, and modern network protocols.
- Build self-optimizing and self-healing network implementations and autonomous network use cases.
- Develop agentic AI systems with token-efficient reasoning, optimized inference cost, reduced latency, and resource-constrained deployment.
- Design data correlation, entity relationship mapping, data quality, feature engineering, caching, ETL, vector search, semantic search, and graph-based context solutions.
- Implement RAG systems or retrieval frameworks for network-related use cases.
- Optimize LLM-based agents through prompt engineering, fine-tuning, instruction optimization, and context-window management.
- Design real-time network telemetry and distributed systems solutions, including Kubernetes-based deployments.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience in telecom or mobile network architecture and developing and deploying autonomous network use cases.
- Proven expertise with RESTful APIs, YANG models, NETCONF/RESTCONF, gRPC, and Python, Go, or similar network-automation languages.
- Demonstrated expertise implementing self-optimizing or self-healing networks and a portfolio of successful autonomous network use cases.
- Experience with data correlation, entity relationship mapping, data quality assessment and cleansing, vector databases, semantic search, graph databases, network telemetry, ETL pipelines, caching, and context optimization.
- Experience with token optimization, prompt engineering, LLM fine-tuning, instruction optimization, resource-constrained AI deployment, and reducing computational overhead while maintaining decision accuracy.
- Experience implementing RAG systems or retrieval frameworks and optimized agentic implementations.
- Preferred TM Forum Open API Certification, TM Forum Autonomous Network Practitioner certification, or equivalent advanced TM Forum training in DigitalOps and Autonomous Networks.
- Preferred experience with LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, AutoGen, Google Vertex AI or similar cloud platforms, Gemini APIs, BigQuery or similar platforms, gRPC or streaming telemetry, distributed systems, and Kubernetes-based deployments.
- All roles require BPSS, Security Clearance, or Developed Vetting.
