Responsibilities
- Support customers from early discovery through architecture design, proof-of-value, and long-term adoption.
- Build relationships with strategic and enterprise customer teams.
- Partner with Account Executives to communicate the technical and business impact of graph solutions.
- Provide architectural recommendations and ensure technical alignment and integration with customer environments.
- Design and present Neo4j-based prototypes demonstrating technical feasibility and business value.
- Lead technical workshops and small-group sessions and guide technical stakeholders through complex consultative engagements.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in PreSales, Solutions Engineering, or Professional Services.
- Experience with enterprise customers, ideally in High-Tech, Energy, Telecom, Financial Services, or the Public Sector.
- Strong understanding of database platforms, particularly NoSQL databases.
- Ability to translate business requirements into effective solution architectures.
- Familiarity with a programming or scripting language such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
- Experience guiding technical teams through complex consultative engagements and managing the technical aspects of enterprise sales cycles.
- Ability to learn and adopt emerging technologies and solve complex technical challenges.
- Beneficial qualifications include hands-on experience with Neo4j, Cypher, GDS, GraphQL, GenAI, LLM architectures, RAG, Agentic AI frameworks, vector search, embeddings, semantic retrieval, graph data science, network analysis, ML pipelines, ETL, data integration, data virtualization, and complex enterprise IT environments.
