Responsibilities
- Design multi-agent systems using coding-focused agents such as code writers, reviewers, testers, and deployers.
- Write prompts, logic, and scaffolding to guide agent behavior.
- Enable agents to use file systems, test runners, version control, and internal APIs.
- Evaluate and refine agent outputs, performance, collaboration patterns, and feedback loops.
- Prototype AI coding-assistant workflows using open-source LLMs and internal knowledge bases.
- Develop agentic build pipelines, automated pull-request generation, and AI-powered internal tooling.
- Help define evaluation frameworks for the accuracy, speed, and impact of AI contributions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally, mentor teammates, and establish secure generative-AI practices.
- Participate in the on-call rotation.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Proficiency with at least part of the stack: Java, TypeScript, React, and MySQL.
- Extensive hands-on experience applying AI-assisted development tooling, such as Cursor, Windsurf, LLM APIs, code-generation platforms, vector databases, LangChain, or custom-built systems.
- Strong product mindset and interest in building technology with real-world impact.
- Ability to experiment, iterate, learn continuously, operate in ambiguity, and help define practices in an evolving technical area.
