Responsibilities
- Collaborate with transformation teams and business stakeholders to define requirements, assess opportunities, prioritize AI initiatives, and establish measurable success criteria.
- Design, develop, and deliver scalable Generative AI, RAG, agentic AI, and intelligent automation solutions.
- Evaluate technology, model, and platform options based on business value, cost, risk, scalability, strategic alignment, and supportability.
- Apply software development lifecycle and governance processes, including planning, documentation, testing, release management, risk mitigation, and reporting.
- Drive reusable frameworks, architectural standards, engineering best practices, and quality controls for secure and maintainable AI solutions.
- Partner with architecture, engineering, security, and infrastructure teams to meet enterprise requirements for performance, resilience, compliance, and operational excellence.
Requirements
- At least 10 years of experience in technology delivery, software engineering, platform engineering, data science, machine learning, or AI solution development.
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience designing and delivering custom Generative AI solutions on Microsoft Azure or AWS.
- Strong production experience with RAG, AI agents, agentic workflows, prompt engineering, model evaluation, observability, and LLM fine-tuning or adaptation.
- Hands-on experience with Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI Service, Model Context Protocol, and modern AI orchestration frameworks.
- Strong Python programming skills for scalable APIs, AI services, and automation solutions.
- Experience implementing vector search with Azure AI Search, Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma, Milvus, or similar vector databases.
- Experience working with foundation models such as GPT, Llama, Claude, or Mistral.
- Understanding of grounding, retrieval pipelines, context management, agent orchestration, guardrails, and responsible AI practices.
- Experience integrating AI solutions with enterprise systems, data platforms, APIs, and cloud-native services.
- Knowledge of MLOps, CI/CD, monitoring, model lifecycle management, production support, cloud security, governance, risk management, and compliance.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills, including the ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
