Responsibilities
- Design and develop secure, scalable generative AI services and applications using Python and modern frameworks.
- Build and optimize low-latency APIs and microservices integrating AI models and agentic workflows.
- Make system design and architecture decisions and own core platform components from proposal through production deployment.
- Implement responsive user interfaces with React and TypeScript.
- Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, DevOps engineers, and other cross-functional teams.
- Partner with DevOps teams on continuous deployment, logging, and monitoring for distributed workloads.
- Mentor other engineers and communicate technical plans, proposals, and changes.
Requirements
- 3-5+ years of hands-on software engineering experience with a strong emphasis on production Python development.
- Experience building and deploying generative AI applications using LLMs, vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, or pgvector, and open-source agentic frameworks.
- Experience with microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, AWS, GCP, or Azure, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Knowledge of FastAPI, Asyncio, PostgreSQL, and modern web technologies.
- Experience using AI developer tools such as Claude, Cursor, or GitHub Copilot.
- Exposure to enterprise architecture, including IAM, SSO, SAML, OAuth, OIDC, RBAC, security best practices, enterprise administration, or billing systems.
- Collaborative communication, proactive problem-solving, ownership of production-quality code, and experience mentoring engineers.
