Responsibilities
- Enhance Pega systems to align with evolving business requirements.
- Maintain applications and infrastructure according to service level agreements.
- Define and review technical requirements with a focus on integration performance, quality, and scalability.
- Collaborate with cloud operations teams to manage infrastructure capacity and monitor key performance indicators.
- Provide L3 support for application issues within assigned areas.
- Support deployment pipeline activities for Pega applications and integrations.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience leading, building, and supporting Pega applications, including case management, business rules, and integrations on Pega Platform PRPC.
- Expert proficiency developing REST API and Java integrations.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Preferred qualifications include expert engineering support, expert Postman software, expert REST API development, intermediate software testing, and intermediate business process management.
