Responsibilities
- Act as the lead AI domain expert for distributed AI/ML workloads running on enterprise Kubernetes platforms.
- Partner with regional account teams on technical discovery, solution architecture, proof-of-concepts, technical objections, and complex deal execution.
- Design and deliver technical workshops, hands-on labs, presentations, demonstrations, and customer enablement sessions.
- Advise customers on Generative AI environments, LLMs, GPU optimization, MLOps implementation, and AI platform adoption.
- Engage technical leaders, data science teams, and executives to build relationships and progress strategic opportunities.
- Develop partnerships with systems integrators, channel partners, and hardware specialists including GPU vendors.
- Support customer expansion, renewals, and adoption through regular customer engagement.
- Represent AI solutions at regional marketing events and conferences and create collateral, reference architectures, and enablement materials.
- Provide field insights to Product Management and Engineering teams to influence Enterprise AI solution development.
Requirements
- 7 to 9+ years of pre-sales or solutions architecture experience focused on AI/ML infrastructure, distributed systems, and cloud-native environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent work experience.
- Deep understanding of GPU architectures, hardware acceleration, and physical infrastructure for high-performance AI training and inference.
- Expert-level experience designing, deploying, and optimizing AI/ML workloads on enterprise Kubernetes platforms.
- Experience designing Generative AI environments and familiarity with LLMs, serving frameworks, foundation models, and model routing or management tools such as LiteLLM and AI gateways.
- Strong knowledge of high-performance storage and low-latency networking architectures for data-heavy AI workloads.
- Strong knowledge of MLOps pipelines, AI lifecycle management, and integrating open-source AI tooling with GitOps and DevOps workflows.
- Understanding of technical discovery, MEDDPICC or similar methodologies, ROI, and business-case development for complex deals.
- Entrepreneurial, collaborative communication style with the ability to engage business and IT stakeholders at all levels.
- Willingness to travel up to 30% within the region.
