Senior Backend Engineer

$180k - $210k/yr
Responsibilities
- Maintain and improve the integrity of a data processing pipeline handling 5 TB per day
- Develop tools to guarantee service availability and automate the operation of approximately 30 microservices
- Contribute to backend services and product features
- Design, implement, and support distributed systems that bridge embedded, machine learning, mobile, and business intelligence data flows
Requirements
- 8+ years of software engineering experience
- 5+ years of experience as a backend engineer or SRE
- Advanced experience with at least two of Java, Scala, Kotlin, C#, F#, .NET Core, Python, Node.js, or TypeScript
- Experience with distributed systems
- Deep understanding of cloud services
