Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Account Executives and Solutions Architects to integrate and successfully deploy machine learning solutions.
- Build and present proofs of concept demonstrating the capabilities of the company’s AI technology.
- Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end AI-powered applications for customer needs.
- Add features to and resolve bugs in the internal machine learning platform.
- Integrate and enable new machine learning models in the platform or customer environments.
- Optimize the performance, efficiency, and scalability of deployed models and applications.
- Work with partners to enable joint AI solutions and ensure seamless collaboration.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- At least five years of software engineering experience, preferably in customer-facing roles.
- Strong coding skills, preferably with Python proficiency.
- Ability to lead and execute complex technical projects focused on customer success.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for dynamic, cross-functional teams.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field is preferred.
- Startup or fast-paced environment experience is preferred.
- Hands-on experience fine-tuning machine learning models using supervised fine-tuning, reinforcement learning from human feedback, or reinforcement fine-tuning is preferred.
- Understanding of generative AI, machine learning principles, and enterprise infrastructure is preferred.
