Responsibilities
- Build, deploy, maintain, and improve production-ready software across the full software development lifecycle.
- Apply AI-native practices to develop and validate software solutions while maintaining quality and compliance.
- Serve as a subject matter expert, collaborate with teams, and contribute to key technical and team decisions.
- Identify and implement process improvements that enhance software quality and delivery efficiency.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize software for performance and reliability.
- Mentor junior team members and coordinate cross-functional collaboration to resolve challenges.
Requirements
- Minimum 7.5 years of experience in Java full-stack development.
- Strong experience with relevant front-end and back-end technologies, frameworks, and libraries.
- Ability to design, develop, and maintain scalable and secure software applications.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle practices and continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines.
- Knowledge of database management and integration with application layers.
- 15 years of full-time education.
