Base Salary
$157k - $175k/yr
Responsibilities
- Serve as software architect and lead developer for Crypto and Cross Domain Solution products.
- Lead a cross-functional team responsible for software development.
- Lead and provide technical direction throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Apply technical standards and methodologies to solve engineering challenges.
- Identify opportunities to apply AI for continuous improvement and innovation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering or a related STEM field and 8 years of relevant experience, or a master’s degree and 6 years of relevant experience.
- Department of Defense Secret security clearance must be obtained, and applicants must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
- U.S. citizenship is required.
- Preferred experience includes embedded software development, task management, and software architecture.
- Experience with Linux application development, Linux administration, SELinux, and Git.
- Proficiency in C/C++, C#, Java, Python, or Rust.
- Experience with BASH, sed, and awk; GitLab experience is a bonus.
- Demonstrated success leading the software development lifecycle and providing technical leadership.
