Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Develop and refine test architecture and end-to-end verification strategies.
- Define and approve acceptance criteria aligned with mission needs, interfaces, and operational mission threads.
- Create automated and manual testing approaches aligned with deployment pipelines.
- Identify test environment requirements and design testbeds for distributed, cloud-enabled systems.
- Validate containerization, cloud deployment patterns, and security controls through structured testing.
- Oversee installation, deployment, integration, and testing of mission applications across enclaves.
- Review verification strategies, test procedures, automated scripts, and manual tests.
- Execute test demonstrations, evaluate results, and verify acceptance criteria.
- Support troubleshooting of integration, deployment, and dataflow issues across multidisciplinary teams.
- Maintain test artifacts and configuration consistency and participate in interface control working groups.
- Ensure verification activities align with cybersecurity and mission assurance requirements.
Requirements
- Experience in system verification, test engineering, or integration engineering.
- Demonstrated ability to develop test procedures, automated scripts, and structured verification plans.
- Experience with cloud-based, distributed, or containerized systems.
- Understanding of interface and configuration management practices.
- STEM degree and at least 8 years of relevant experience, or an advanced related degree and at least 5 years of experience.
- Active and transferable U.S. government-issued TS/SCI clearance required before starting.
- U.S. citizenship required because only U.S. citizens are eligible for the required security clearance.
- Preferred: CompTIA Security+ certification.
- Preferred: experience with Kubernetes, Docker, cloud-native technologies, automated testing, observability, monitoring, and logging tools.
- Preferred: knowledge of DoD mission systems, cybersecurity requirements, and secure-by-design practices.
