Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design data transformation pipelines for health signals and user inputs.
- Architect event-driven ingestion systems using tools like Kinesis and EventBridge.
- Define flexible data models and schemas for a hierarchical health context ontology.
- Build multi-consumer APIs and data contracts for various applications.
- Operate and design data storage solutions at scale.
- Create SDKs and integration surfaces for team collaboration.
- Ensure production quality through testing, monitoring, and documentation.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience building and operating production data systems in Python.
- Experience designing event-driven architectures and understanding delivery guarantees.
- Deep experience with data transformation pipelines from heterogeneous sources.
- Strong technical grasp of AWS ecosystems and varied data storage solutions.
- A data-model-first mindset focusing on data shape and access patterns.
- Experience building shared platforms or APIs with thoughtful versioning.
- Strong systems design instincts regarding data integrity and resilience.
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
