Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines with automated testing, SonarQube static code analysis, and code-quality checks.
- Build and manage Docker-based containerized applications and orchestrate deployments with Kubernetes.
- Implement and maintain job orchestration and workflow automation in Databricks.
- Establish monitoring, logging, and alerting for application performance, system health, and security metrics.
- Embed security and compliance practices, including GDPR, secure deployments, secrets management, and access control, throughout the development lifecycle.
- Manage and optimize Google Cloud Platform infrastructure for performance, cost-efficiency, and scalability.
- Collaborate with development, operations, and security teams to promote DevOps culture, automation, and best practices.
Requirements
- Demonstrated ability in stakeholder communication and management.
- Good understanding of related data disciplines, such as data engineering and analytics.
- Ability to understand, analyze, and translate business requirements into data-driven solutions.
- Enthusiasm for collaboration, knowledge sharing, and joint learning.
- Very good English skills.
- German language skills are a plus but not required.
