Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, and maintain custom mobile and web applications using Google AppSheet.
- Integrate applications with Google Sheets, Excel, SQL, and BigQuery data sources.
- Create automated workflows such as email notifications and report generation.
- Gather requirements from stakeholders and translate them into functional, user-friendly application features.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.
- Create technical documentation and provide training and support to end users.
- Apply data analysis, visualization, reporting, process design, process re-engineering, lean, and value stream mapping principles.
- Manage projects and collaborate effectively with stakeholders and team members.
Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in application development, specifically with AppSheet.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace, including Sheets, Forms, and Drive.
- Strong understanding of database structure and SQL.
- Experience with Google Apps Script for customization.
- Proficiency with data analysis, data visualization, and reporting tools.
- Strong Microsoft Office and Microsoft Excel skills.
- Very good knowledge of modern database systems and related best practices.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, business analysis, and project management skills.
- Ability to multitask and complete tasks in a timely manner in a team-oriented, metric-intensive environment.
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Information Systems or Computer Science, or equivalent work experience.
- At least 2 years of experience in a company of similar size, revenue, complexity, and geographic diversity.
