Responsibilities
- Develop modern AI-powered web applications using React, TypeScript, and Python.
- Integrate large language models, AI agents, and enterprise AI services into business workflows.
- Build secure backend APIs, enterprise integrations, reusable UI components, and backend services.
- Design scalable, secure, maintainable, and production-ready application architectures.
- Create intuitive user experiences and translate business requirements into digital solutions.
- Prioritize features, contribute to product ownership and roadmap planning, and support product governance and release management.
- Optimize application performance and scalability and apply automated testing, CI/CD, and engineering standards.
- Collaborate with AI engineers, architects, consultants, product owners, and global business stakeholders.
- Recommend practical AI capabilities and share knowledge within the AI Center of Excellence.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 4–7 years of full-stack software engineering experience.
- Experience building enterprise web applications and cloud-native applications.
- Strong experience with React, TypeScript, and backend API development.
- Strong software engineering fundamentals, product ownership mindset, UX awareness, and ability to translate business requirements into intuitive applications.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, ownership, accountability, and continuous learning skills.
- Experience in consulting, enterprise IT, global delivery organizations, multinational organizations, Global Capability Centers, or SaaS organizations is desirable or advantageous.
- Experience supporting life sciences, pharmaceuticals, healthcare, medical devices, banking and financial services, or manufacturing is preferred.
- Exposure to GxP, CSV, GDPR, HIPAA, ISO 27001, or SOC 2 frameworks is advantageous.
- Experience with Tailwind CSS, Kubernetes, Microsoft Power Platform, Microsoft Copilot Studio, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Teams Platform, enterprise SSO, OAuth, OpenID Connect, Azure AD or Microsoft Entra ID, RBAC, identity access management, microservices, event-driven architecture, product governance, UX/UI design principles, application performance monitoring, or infrastructure as code is beneficial.
