Responsibilities
- Collaborate with international engineers and research scientists to deliver AI models to internal Bosch customers.
- Identify requirements for AI infrastructure and machine learning solutions with stakeholders.
- Explore and prototype closed-loop machine learning system designs.
- Implement efficient, production-ready solutions for autonomous driving system challenges.
- Write and test code to improve machine learning and data pipeline efficiency.
- Summarize research findings in papers and patent submissions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in software engineering, computer science, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience with Azure or other public cloud tooling for machine learning development.
- Experience characterizing and improving the utilization and performance of machine learning workloads.
- Strong software engineering skills in Python and proficiency with libraries such as PyTorch.
- Hands-on experience with agentic systems.
- Excellent problem-solving, attention to detail, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Preferred: 1+ years of professional software development experience on a machine learning product in the automotive domain.
- Preferred: experience training machine learning models at scale.
- Preferred: prior machine learning publications at relevant academic or industry conferences.
- Preferred: high-performance computing experience.

- U.S. base salary range of $160-175k.
