Responsibilities
- Build and ship production-ready full-stack enterprise applications.
- Use AgentAI copilots and LLM tools for coding, debugging, testing, documentation, and integration.
- Develop and integrate front-end and back-end application components.
- Integrate pre-built AI services and APIs and implement RAG-based features where relevant.
- Deliver robust, scalable software while maintaining quality and compliance.
- Collaborate with architects and AI-native specialists on seamless integration and adoption.
- Continuously improve software development and operational practices.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in Java full-stack development.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Strong foundation in enterprise engineering, software development lifecycle practices, and domain workflows.
- Experience with AI-assisted development tools, copilots, or LLM-based coding assistants.
- Practical knowledge of AI concepts and limitations, with emphasis on integration rather than model training.
- Experience with one or more backend technologies such as Java with Spring Boot, .NET with C#, or Python.
- Experience with frontend technologies such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Experience with TypeScript or JavaScript, SQL or NoSQL, REST or GraphQL APIs, cloud-native development, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Ability to accelerate delivery without compromising software quality.
