Base Salary
$300k - $462k/yr
Responsibilities
- Drive systematic and tactical improvements to engineering systems, quality, reliability, robustness, design, and engineering practices.
- Guide scalable and maintainable technical decisions and contribute directly to complex engineering work.
- Partner with product teams to design, define, and shape new financial product offerings.
- Solve customer problems and needs as a leading technical problem solver.
- Research and prototype new product ideas and opportunities.
- Mentor and coach engineers while fostering engineering excellence, ownership, and collaboration.
- Lead technical discussions and resolutions across product, commercial, and engineering leadership globally.
Requirements
- Proven experience designing, building, scaling, and running large and complex engineering systems.
- Experience making sound long-term technical decisions while balancing quality, reliability, robustness, cost efficiency, and sustainability.
- Prior experience with financial infrastructure is preferred, ideally in issuing, capital, liquidity management, or embedded finance.
- Experience coaching and mentoring engineers and driving technical discussions toward clear decisions.
- Experience working cross-functionally across product, engineering, and go-to-market is a strong plus.
- Strong focus on customer needs, customer experience, engineering quality, and collaborative delivery.
