Base Salary
$180k - $22k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop high-performance, large-scale services for Nexxen DSP programmatic integrations and platform products.
- Apply AI and machine learning to real-time ad scoring, ranking, and bid optimization.
- Develop scalable approaches for large-scale data analysis and model development.
- Build, experiment with, deploy, and continuously optimize algorithms and models.
- Collaborate with data scientists, engineering teams, product managers, and program managers.
- Troubleshoot production and customer issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
- At least 5 years of engineering experience at leading technology companies.
- Demonstrated ownership of features or functionality and end-to-end project delivery.
- Strong knowledge of AI/ML technologies, neural networks, mathematics, and statistics, including implementation experience with ONNX.
- Expertise in Java, Python, Scala, data structures, and algorithms.
- Experience building applications with TensorFlow and PyTorch.
- Expertise with Spark, MapReduce, and data-driven services and applications such as ETL.
- Experience collaborating with Data Science, Product, and Business stakeholders.
- Strong communication skills and ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Preferred qualifications include an MS or PhD in computer science or equivalent experience, AdTech experience, and experience with LLMs and GenAI.
