Base Salary

$180k - $22k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Develop high-performance, large-scale services for Nexxen DSP programmatic integrations and platform products.
  • Apply AI and machine learning to real-time ad scoring, ranking, and bid optimization.
  • Develop scalable approaches for large-scale data analysis and model development.
  • Build, experiment with, deploy, and continuously optimize algorithms and models.
  • Collaborate with data scientists, engineering teams, product managers, and program managers.
  • Troubleshoot production and customer issues.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of engineering experience at leading technology companies.
  • Demonstrated ownership of features or functionality and end-to-end project delivery.
  • Strong knowledge of AI/ML technologies, neural networks, mathematics, and statistics, including implementation experience with ONNX.
  • Expertise in Java, Python, Scala, data structures, and algorithms.
  • Experience building applications with TensorFlow and PyTorch.
  • Expertise with Spark, MapReduce, and data-driven services and applications such as ETL.
  • Experience collaborating with Data Science, Product, and Business stakeholders.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Preferred qualifications include an MS or PhD in computer science or equivalent experience, AdTech experience, and experience with LLMs and GenAI.

  • Full-time annual base salary range of $180,000-$220,00, with potential incentive or bonus.
