Base Salary
$174k - $252k/yr
Responsibilities
- Write and test product or system development code.
- Participate in or lead design reviews and help select technologies.
- Review code from other developers and provide feedback on style, accuracy, testability, efficiency, and best practices.
- Maintain documentation and educational content based on product updates and user feedback.
- Triage, debug, track, and resolve product or system issues by analyzing impacts on hardware, networks, services, and quality.
- Build systems for testing AI agents using games and physics simulators, visualize results, create agent leaderboards, and test algorithms on robots.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 5 years of software development experience in one or more programming languages.
- At least 3 years of experience testing, maintaining, or launching software products.
- At least 1 year of experience with software design and architecture.
- Experience with front-end web or mobile development and backend services or distributed systems.
Benefits
- US base pay is $174000 - $252000, plus a 15% bonus target, equity, and benefits.
