Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions using declarative tools such as Flow, Process Builder, and Workflow Rules.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and optimize business processes.
- Maintain and enhance existing applications while ensuring performance and stability.
- Develop Lightning components and Apex programs when needed.
- Perform testing, debugging, and deployment of new functionality.
- Create technical and functional documentation.
- Provide support and training to end users.
- Stay current with Salesforce features and best practices.
Requirements
- Advanced English proficiency.
- University degree in Systems, Computer Science, Informatics, or a related field.
- More than five years of experience in Salesforce development.
- Experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce declarative tools.
- Experience with Lightning Components and Apex.
- Knowledge of APIs, integrations, and data migration.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
