Responsibilities
- Support the design, development, testing, and deployment of AI and machine learning solutions.
- Build generative AI and agentic AI applications using modern AI frameworks and cloud services.
- Develop and maintain data pipelines, integrations, APIs, and automation workflows.
- Configure, fine-tune, and evaluate AI models, including participation in data preparation, model training, prompt engineering, and solution validation.
- Support solution deployment, monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
- Collaborate with architects, senior leaders, data scientists, clients, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Create technical documentation, implementation guides, and client deliverables.
- Participate in workshops, demonstrations, knowledge-sharing sessions, and ongoing learning about AI technologies and industry practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field; a master's degree is preferred.
- At least 1 year of experience in software development, data engineering, AI, or related technical fields, gained through internships or professional roles.
- Understanding of machine learning concepts and AI fundamentals.
- Experience with Python and common development frameworks, plus familiarity with SQL and structured and unstructured data.
- Knowledge of REST APIs, Git, and software development best practices.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with stakeholders and present ideas clearly.
- Foundational business acumen and ability to connect technology and data concepts to business outcomes.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, client-focused consulting environment and travel as required.
- Preferred exposure to Azure OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, or similar generative AI technologies.
- Preferred familiarity with Microsoft Azure, AWS, Snowflake, Databricks, Google Cloud, Power BI, MLOps, model deployment, and AI governance.
- Relevant AI, cloud, or data technology certifications are a plus.
