Base Salary
$144k - $194k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and launch new AI services and distributed software systems from the ground up.
- Design and develop reliable, scalable, secure, multi-tiered, multi-threaded, embedded, or distributed applications, tools, systems, and services.
- Work across engineering domains including compute, databases, networking, and identity.
- Partner with product, engineering, and ML science teams to develop agentic AI products.
- Contribute to the full software development lifecycle, including coding, design, code reviews, testing, operations, build processes, and source control.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of non-internship professional software development experience.
- At least 2 years of experience designing or architecting new and existing systems, including design patterns, reliability, and scaling.
- At least 1 year of software development engineer or related occupational experience.
- At least 1 year of experience designing and developing large-scale, multi-tiered, multi-threaded, embedded, or distributed software using C#, C++, Java, or Perl.
- At least 1 year of object-oriented design experience.
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience programming with at least one software programming language.
- Preferred: at least 3 years of full software development lifecycle experience, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
- Preferred: bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent.
