Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of fine-tuning strategies for large language models.
- Analyze model behavior and outputs to guide iterative improvements in relevance, contextual understanding, and performance.
- Manage and optimize workflows for large-scale model training and deployment.
- Serve as a subject-matter expert, contribute to team decisions, and provide solutions across multiple teams.
- Mentor team members and facilitate knowledge sharing.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to integrate model improvements into broader project workflows.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in Agentic Orchestration.
- Proficiency in Agentic Orchestration and Generative AI.
- Strong experience fine-tuning large language models, especially instruction tuning and domain adaptation.
- Ability to analyze and interpret model outputs to guide improvements.
- Experience managing and optimizing large-scale model training and deployment workflows.
- Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
- 15 years of full-time education.
